1. Register your domain with one company (I use Porkbun.com).
2. Get a hosting package with another company. One of the best inexpensive services is Interserver.net at only $6 a month that comes with unlimited email storage.
3. Do not install (or remove if installed via your cpanel) https (SSL certificates). Only use for order/credit card pages or sign-up/sign-in pages.
4. Get rid of, or stop using, Cloudflare.
5. Remove Google Analytics if you have it or don't install it if you don't.
6. Get a dedicated IP address if your budget allows. Hostwinds.com includes it in their hosting plans but they are nearly twice as expensive as others.
7. Finally get rid of your Gmail, AOL, Yahoo, Hotmail/Windows Live/Outlook email addresses and create ones that your domains and hosting plans come with.
If you want to avail yourself of my services to help you with a site you want to create, to revamp a site or take it off wordpress.com, my fees start at $500 (for just backing up your site and saving it to your local drive, transferring your domains over to Porkbun and setting up a new hosting service - this does not include re-creating the site on this new service. Those fees start at $1500.) and can be paid over time instead of all in one go. If you have a site that has alternative viewpoints or information please don't wait until your site has been removed, or disappears entirely, to contact me. By then it becomes an awful lot more difficult and more expensive to get a site back.
