This is the source of the 2nd Amendment. Ever heard of the Dick Act being mentioned and quoted on various forums but no-one ever seemed to actually have a copy or source for it? Well, here is the Dick Act (actually called 'The "Dick" Bill') that was sent to me by the Unversity of Minnessota at a cost of $25. It's the codification of the 2nd Amendment. It is NOT repealable.
