At the end of this article, there is a reference to the Dollar Refunding Operation. The Editor points out that manifestly this is 'for real', otherwise it would never have featured in our reports. However what the commentator may not understand is that the White House, the US Treasury and the US Intelligence Power, with the Federal Reserve, have resisted this solution, in collaboration with certain elements on Wall Street, because it would terminate their Fraudulent Finance operations, in combination with the Basel norms for all banks, once and for all.

This will arise because the Refunding trading will be done ON THE BOOKS, so that the good, taxable, clean proceeds generated thereby will be fully transparent at all times, the reverse of corrupt 'business as usual'. GOOD MONEY DRIVES OUT BAD.

Moreover, as I have repeatedly pointed out, in our reports, the course that the Geithner-Obama-Summers-Bernanke team have perversely chosen is the precise OPPOSITE of what is required, and of sound finance. They have chosen colossal, irresponsible official debt accumulation (so immense that the Treasury can no longer market its 'Trashets'), without pausing to reflect on the following simple equation: Government can only generate debt, because it cannot tax itself, whereas the private sector can only generate taxable revenue.

The private sector Dollar Refunding Programme spells the END of Fraudulent Finance because it generates massive ongoing TAXED, on-the-books windfall profits, in contrast to the perverse Geithner-Paulson non-solution, which is MORE AND MORE DEBT, FOR EVER AND EVER.

Running the US Dollar Refunding Programme out of London has two advantages:

First, since all foreign funds resident within the UK jurisdiction for 24 hours or more are taxable by the UK authorities, the British Inland Revenue (Treasury) benefits immensely; and secondly, as the US authorities have demonstrated before the whole world through their thievery that they cannot be trusted, it keeps the operation out of the hands and reach of the US Criminal Government.

It was originally never the intention for this operation to be run out of London. But now, given the criminal behaviour of the US authorities, there is no alternative.

The windfall tax accruals payable to the US Treasury could be remitted via the UK Treasury under the Bretton Woods arrangements.

What is so scandalous is that these operatives selected the debt 'route' BECAUSE THEY WANTED TO ENSURE THAT THEIR FRAUDULENT FINANCE CAROUSEL COULD BE RE-IGNITED, so that they could return to corrupt Fraudulent Finance as usual. And they proceeded accordingly to steal, divert, exploit, and use for illicit and criminal purposes the $6.2 trillion LOAN which the British Monarchical Power extended precisely to help the Republic out of the mess arising from the preference of the United States' criminal classes for their Fraudulent Finance operations.

But they are finding out, as we warned, that THIS IS NOT WORKING AND CANNOT WORK. So they are stuck. They are being FORCED TO SETTLE contrary to their corrupt intentions. Hence these people are justly describable as FINANCIAL AND ECONOMIC TERRORISTS who are deliberately engaged in the pursuit of their own corrupt agenda in the certain knowledge that this unsound and perverse course is contrary to the interests of the United States, the American people, and therefore the Rest of the World. Nor can they escape the logic and accuracy of this verdict.

In summary, the problem lies squarely with the corrupt US parties, which are waging economic and financial terrorism against the United States and the American people because they have been blocking the one and ONLY solution to the crisis, which is a CRIMINAL FINANCE crisis and nothing else. * ‘The truth shall set you free’ is almost always misquoted. The CIA uses it out of context in the foyer at Langley. However the promise is CONDITIONAL on ‘continuing in my word’ [the word of Jesus Christ], which of course is the precise OPPOSITE of whom the CIA 'worships'. [The following contribution appeared on a controlled website and can be dismissed out of hand by sceptics, and also by those, such as this Editor, with a scriptural grounding, who know that paying attention to esoteric indicators is ‘the telling of times’ and divination. However it is nevertheless of considerable interest in view of the author’s claim that ‘on one occasion I used this technique to help solve a major international fraud case in the UK’. It is also of interest in that the author gave the highest marks to the Editor for truthfulness and much lower scores to well-known controlled, anonymous sources of ‘information’ ostensibly about the thievery but which serve the interests of the CIA and are supported by the Intelligence Power. Accordingly, this cannot be dismissed as an attempt to discredit the Editor by association, since such sources are given much lower marks for reliability than this service. The esoteric methodology employed here is one that is listed among esoteric techniques which WE DO NOT SUPPORT. What is interesting, though, is that we came out TOP, while the anonymous sources fared badly. This exercise, as indicated, cannot, therefore, be attributed to an orchestrated attempt to discredit us, since the anonymous sources would by definition be discredited in the process. And neither can this be deemed a discrediting exercise to serve the CIA’s interests, as will become clear]:
