U.S. 'MUST CONTROL' DRUG OPERATIONS
In both Latin America and everywhere else, according to Congress, it is US policy to CONTROL
international drug-trafficking operations. Not exterminate, eradicate, decapitate, incapacitate or delete drug-trafficking, but to CONTROL it. This is STATED US official criminal policy.

(8) THE LATIN AMERICAN TIMES, Volume 20, Numbers 7-8:
THE TRUTH ABOUT THE FALKLANDS: A comprehensive historical debunking of the fraudulent Argentine claim to the Falkland Islands, by the two foremost British historians and experts in this subject, Dr Graham Pascoe and Peter Pepper. This report does not address the US attempt to gain control of the territory by proxy, a George Bush Sr. operation channelled through the Argentine junta du jour.
