When requesting help, it is important that you attach a zipped up copy of your diagnostic data directory:
You can manually generate the diagnostic data directory by clicking the Diagnostics button on the Main Configuration screen.
Directory C:\grub2\diagnose will then be created. It should be zipped up and sent to me at SourceForge.
Items collected include the Grub2Win logs, partition lists, configuration files and BCD listings.
